Hiii,
This may come as a random review to some… but I promise it’s worth reading. I’ve only recently realised how much I needed earplug. Just take 5 minutes and hear this review out…
Loop
Loop earplugs are ear protection designed to look like jewellery! Made with soft silicone they are very comfortable to wear for longer amount of time. They also come with 4 interchangeable ear piece sizes, giving you the perfect fit.
There are 4 variations for different needs: Quiet for the most noise reduction, Experience for medium, Engage for minimal reduction and Switch for all three options in one!
Loop suggests that everyone may need earplugs for at least one reason:
Manage anxiety through reducing noise sensitivity, sleeping, focusing or protecting your ears in clubs or concerts!
Loop Quiet Where I Use Them
I’ve been using my Loop Quiet for 6 months. Here is where I use them most and find them most effective:
Construction Environment
Loop Quiet is the highest noise reduction earplug of the range (27dB to be specific). I want to protect my hearing as much as possible while working in a noisy environment. I am able to hear the radio clearly while using these, keeping myself and ears safe!
Day to Day Life
In terms of using these outside of work, I find myself being considerably calmer while wearing these… Loud or sudden noises make me very anxious. Wearing these while out in public if I’m reading a book, writing a blog and or even sitting thinking with my coffee, have taken the edge off this anxiety!
Travelling
Sleeping on a plane just got a whole lot better! They are so comfortable to sleep with!!! I cannot stress this enough, I’ve used foam earplugs in the past and they just hurt. I forgot I had the Loop earplugs in when we left the plane, I was standing in security before I realised! Unbelievably comfy!
Price
The part of the blog everyone wants to see… is the Loop Quiet earplugs worth $34.95 AUD?
For me they are absolutely worth the money. I am planning to invest in a second pair ‘Engage’ to see if I enjoy these more on a daily basis outside of work.
I think the value of these is dependent on your lifestyle. I’ll break it into pros & cons, to make easier for you to decide if they are worth the money for you!
Pros & Cons
Pros:
- Easy clean! Soapy water and a cotton bud does the job nicely.
- Comfortable.
- Easy and quick to put in.
- High noise reduction.
- 4 sizes of earbuds from size XS-L.
- Sleek and subtle, they are flush with your ear, nothing bulky sticking out!
Cons:
- Travel case isn’t big enough to carry multiple earbuds and can get grubby quite quickly.
- Internal noise becomes louder like chewing or swallowing, which can be distracting for me!
Hopefully this review helped you realise looking after your ear health could be more important than you thought! Either way I hope you enjoyed todays review!
I have no affiliation or ties with this brand, this is a review based on nothing but my personal experience and opinions!
